Release notes SprintApp version 16 & 17

Thanks so much to all you clients who have given us feedback on our research solution. If you haven’t done so already, please send your input, improvements and suggestions for the SprintApp via the feedback button (see below).

This time we’d like to update you on new features we have added in our latest two releases!

Major improvements

  • Filter and search within your tests

The number of projects (we call them tests) is increasing rapidly. That’s why we have added the possibility to filter your tests based on Test type & Status or search within the test or user names.

  • Sending us your feedback is easier

We’ve added a new way to provide us with your feedback in addition to the chat button: the feedback button! You can click on this button on any page within the app. Next, you’ll be asked to pinpoint the exact part of the app where we can improve and how we can improve. Feedback is the fuel on which we run so please use this feature as often as you like!

  • Add screening questions!

You’ll love this one. When selecting a specific target audience, we’ve added the possibility to provide your screenings questions and logic rules that indicate when respondents (dis)qualify for participation directly during the set-up of you study.

 Preview button also available for tests in progress or completed

The preview button in your test overview gives you the option to see what target audience was used and which questions were asked. Previously this was only possible for test with the status Draft. By popular demand we’ve also made this button visible for test that are in progress or completed. So, if you want to check which custom questions or specific target audience you (or a colleague) used in a previous test, now you can!

Minor improvements

  • New date picker

We’ve implemented a new date picker that’s much easier and made a shiny new button that you can use to set the deadline in 24 hours with one click. Please mind: our ability to get results within 24 hours depends on your target audience, sample size and reporting wishes. If we think that we won’t be able to deliver in 24 hours, we’ll always let you know immediately. But we like a challenge, so please use the button if you need your results fast.

  • Easier to upload files

We made small changes to the UX of the media upload options. As a result, this will prevent the annoying auto-download feature in Chrome that some
